Strap in for a hell of a month… ROWTOBER starts TOMORROW, October 2nd. For the entire month, we’re turning up the intensity in our ROW classes. More reps, more weight, more sweat.
Expect to be challenged and inspired by everyone around you. We will come together. We will move as one. We will accomplish our goals as a team.
We’ve added three new ROW classes that will push you past your limits and get you stronger, leaner and faster.
ROW: REPS – Your target? High-efficiency reps and elevated cardio. Whether you are on the rower or the mat, you will move through a seamless series of intense work. Burpees, jump squats, supermans…everything is fair game.
ROW: TRAIN – You’re going to WORK in this class. You’ll focus on split times, consistency and stroke. Your time will be recorded so each time you step into class you know what to ROW for.
ROW: PARTNER – Pick a partner and double the sweat. One will work the mat, while the other works our state of the art WaterRower. Bring your partner or get matched with one in class and get ready to CREW together.
We’ll celebrate all the milestones you’ve hit during the month with a 10,000 Meter Challenge on Sunday October 29th at 10:15am.
