MISSION Terms and Conditions were developed to ensure that our customers and visitors are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other users, and in conformity of MISSION’s procedures, rules, regulations, and requirements. By browsing and/or using this Website, whether through your personal computer, mobile device or otherwise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, the Reservations, Cancellations and Return Policies provided) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Additionally please note:

  • Under 18 must have guardian sign off on their waiver
  • No one under 16 can participate in heated yoga
  • MISSION reserves the right to deny access to any guest for any reason
  • Pricing for all packages and memberships is subject to change

Purchase Policy
In order to place a reservation, you must first purchase a class, series, membership or classes or package. To purchase, you can both sign up for a username and password and purchase online, or if you already have a username and password click LOGIN, to make purchase and your reservation.
You must purchase a class before registering for a position on the waitlist.
Your credit or debit will be charged in the amount of your order when you submit your reservation. Failure to pay any fee when due, may result in the suspension of your rights to use MISSION’s services. You shall be liable for any fees that MISSION may incur in the process of collecting any unpaid fees from you, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees.
Expiration dates and prices for single classes and class packages are subject to change.

Membership Terms

Month to Month Membership:
There is a minimum 1 month commitment for this package. After 1 month, monthly billing will continue for subsequent months, until cancellation is requested by email to info@missionportsmouth.com. Cancellation requires 14 days notice in advance of the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. In the event that an exception is made to the 14-day policy, membership will end immediately, and the remainder of the month will be sacrificed. Any additional payment(s) cannot be refunded nor transferred, but rather may be applied to the member’s account for future use. (If this is a renewal contract and you have already met your initial 1 month commitment you can cancel at any time with notification of 14 days). Workshops, Special Classes and Events are subject to their own pricing structures.

12 Month Commitment Membership:
There is a minimum 12 month commitment for this package. Cancellation requests must be requested by email to info@missionportsmouth.com. Any additional payment(s) cannot be refunded nor transferred, but rather may be applied to the member’s account for future use. Workshops, Special Classes and Events are subject to their own pricing structures.
Early Termination Fee $240.
Prices confirmed for 12 months – prices subject to change upon contract ending.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty by up to 8 hours before the scheduled class by logging into your profile online. Members who cancel after the 8 hour window or do not show up for a scheduled class will be charged for the class.

For monthly, unlimited members, a late cancel or no-show will result in a $10 fee. Late cancellation fees are processed cumulatively every 3-4 weeks.

If a class you are signed up for is canceled due to weather, you will receive notification by email at least one hour prior. If a class you are signed up for is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Waitlist Policy
As spots open up, we give them away in the order that they were put on. Please only join the waitlist of a class that you plan to attend, as spots frequently open up. You must purchase a class, or have class credits in your account in BEFORE you sign up for a spot on the waitlist. If you don’t get off the waitlist, the class you purchased stays in your account for next time, it is NOT refundable. Up until an hour before the class, we will automatically add you to class and you will be notified via email that you got a spot. If you fail to attend class or cancel with less than 8 hours until class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee. If a spot opens up less than an hour before class, we will call you directly but you will not be penalized if you cannot make it.

Late Policy
If you are not in the classroom at the scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show and we reserve the right to assign your spot to another person on the wait list. New clients please arrive 15 minutes early so that our staff can get you set up and answer any questions.

Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase.

Chargeback Policy
In the event that MISSION incurs a chargeback fee after attempting to process a charge that is justified under our contract and terms and conditions, and equivalent fee will be assessed to the cardholder.

Editing Your Profile
If you are a registered user of our web site, you have the ability to review, correct, and change choices you have previously made as to the use of your personal information. Simply sign into the site and click the “My Account” link on the header of every page. There, you can change your personal and address information, sign-in, and e-mail preferences.

At MISSION your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information to or with third parties without your explicit consent. Permission changes will be honored as soon as possible after receipt. Please allow five to seven days for processing. Permission changes will however not affect any information that you provided to us.

OTHER MATTERS
Privacy of Children- COPPA Compliance:
Our sites are not directed to children under the age of 13. We assume user accounts on our web site are opened by adults.
